How can we pay for a class?
Book classes in advance for a spot! Walk-ins are welcome but we cannot guarantee a class spot will be available upon arrival. Click HERE to book a class with us!
What does a membership include?
Membership includes unlimited access to the gym during open play Monday through Friday between the hours of 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Click HERE for more membership info!
Do we as parents need to stay for the class?
Yes, we require for parents to be INSIDE the play area during free play and on-site during classes.
Are there activities for older children?
A larger part of our activities are designed for kids up to 7 years of age. You can book a special event for those who are older by contacting us at ⦁ info@ballnbounce.ladtestwebsite.com
Do you offer food for those with allergies/dietary restrictions?
We like to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. BallnBounce is a NUT FREE facility and in our snack shop you will find vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. If you are booking a private party with us, please let us know your preferences in advance so we can plan accordingly. Click HERE to book a private event with us.
Does my child need to be potty trained to participate in activities?
No, we kindly ask that non-potty trained children to be supervised by an adult at all times.
Are there special accommodations for kids with sensory sensitivities and special needs?

Will I need to bring anything?
We require everyone inside our playground to wear socks—grip socks for kids.
If you forget to bring your own, we provide for purchase at reception.
Do you have baby facilities?
Baby changing stations and a private nursing room are provided in the Family room.
Can I bring my stroller?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your stroller into designated areas— the reception, patio area, and “party area”.
Can I drop my kids off?
Here at BallnBounce, all children must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older).
Can I bring in food/snacks?
Yes, food and snacks are allowed in the “party area”.
Please remember, BallnBounce is a NUT FREE facility. This keeps the playground and interactive games hygienic and safe.
